Initially commissions to provided design services to assist Turner and Townsend with their decision-making process as they explored options for a new regional office. With two locations in mind, Blokka produced test fit layouts based on T&T’s requirements to ensure each space was fit for purpose before producing visualisations to bring the design to life.
After selecting 1 St Pauls Place, Sheffield, situated in a high profile position in the Heart of the City development. Blokka developed the scheme from Stage 3 through to tender. Moving to contractor side at Stage 5 to support Value Engineering works whilst retaining the design quality.
