Blokka have recently provided design services to Turner and Townsend for their new regional office in Sheffield.
With two locations in mind, we were appointed to assist T&T with the initial decision-making process, producing test fit layouts for each space based on their specific requirements and bringing the proposed designs to life using 3D visualisations.
After selecting Elshaw House, one of the UK’s most sustainable office buildings, Blokka developed the scheme from Stage 3 through to tender, then moving to the contractor side at Stage 5 to help ensure a smooth delivery of the design.
The new space has provided T&T with a modern, flexible working environment designed to support collaboration, wellbeing and productivity. It includes extensive breakout areas, multiple meeting rooms and a dedicated wellbeing room, all with improved technology and a healthy, naturally ventilated environment.
